Welcome to our practice, when we say your smile is our priority, we mean it. We provide you with an exceptional level of care and expertise, as there are few dental scenarios we can’t handle. You can count on Andrew R. Chapokas DMD, MSD, FACP to be with you every step of the way. Please utilize this website as a resource. It will help you better understand how we can best care for you as well as answer many questions regarding your course of treatment.

WHAT WILL HAPPEN ON MY FIRST VISIT?

Your first appointment is an opportunity for you and our team to get to know each other, so we can learn what brings you to Andrew R. Chapokas DMD, MSD, FACP. We will conduct a thorough examination and take as much time as needed to explain your treatment options. Together, we decide on the path that best fits YOU. In some cases, treatment may be done or started the same day. However, a complex medical history or treatment plan will often require at least a second appointment for treatment to be completed.

Please alert the office before treatment if you have a medical condition that may be of concern (i.e., diabetes, high blood pressure, artificial heart valves and joints, rheumatic fever, etc.) or if there are any circumstances that might require you to need extra time or assistance.

IMPORTANT: All patients under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.


IS THERE ANYTHING I SHOULD DO Before MY FIRST VISIT?

Yes, there are several steps you can take before your first visit to Andrew R. Chapokas DMD, MSD, FACP that will help make your appointment go smoothly:

  1. Complete our new patient paperwork provided to you by our helpful staff.
  2. Provide your referral slip from your referring dentist.
  3. Though we will request that your x-rays and other diagnostic information be sent prior to your visit, please check with your referring dentist a few days before your appointment to make sure they have been sent. If there is not enough time, please pick them up and bring them to our office, if possible. If additional x-rays are necessary, they can be taken at our office.
